Today my mind must have been elsewhere… more so than usual.
First I showed up at the doctor’s office, ready for my appointment which I booked over a month ago. But I showed up a day early. The appointment reminder sheet which I handed to the person at the front desk with my new patient paperwork clearly stated that my appointment is tomorrow.
Well, at least now they’ll have all the time in the world to process my insurance paperwork before the appointment.
And so I decided to go swimming since I haven’t been able to do that in over a week of travels. I went to the university pool, to find out that it was closed. I forgot that it is spring break this week.
