Today I walked to the intersection near which I clearly remembered I parked, Hawthorne and Bryant, and I could not find my car for the life of me. I had only a vague recollection of where I had parked it near that intersection, so I walked in all four directions a few times. It was nowhere to be found. I was near concluding my car had been towed because of a sign I hadn’t seen when I remembered Allison took my car today – I drove her car, not mine. Her car was right in the place I vaguely remembered, and I had stared right at it several times but hadn’t noticed it.
